This punch works wonderfully with or without vodka. To make a non-alcoholic version, omit vodka and add an additional liter of club soda. Either way, cheers!
In a large bowl, whisk together cream of coconut, peach nectar, and apricot nectar until cream of coconut has been fully combined with nectars.
46 ounces pineapple juice
Add pineapple juice and gently whisk to combine.
Using a ladle, divide mixed juices between two large zip-lock bags. Seal bags tightly and place in the freezer. Chill until juice becomes slushy, about 3 to 4 hours.
Remove from freezer and pour into a large punch bowl.
Cocktail Version
1 liter club soda, chilled
1 liter vodka, chilled

2 liters club soda, chilled
