Creamy Lemon-Lime Herb Sauce

This sauce goes marvelously on fish, crab cakes, or even as a salad dressing.

  • Yields 1/2 sauce
Creamy Lemon-Lime Herb Sauce
  • ½ cup homemade mayonnaise (or store-bought)
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced parsley
  • 1 green onion, finely minced
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon Old Bay
  • Combine ingredients in a small bowl and mix well to combine. Serve on top of seafood, crab cakes, or salad.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
