This is one of my favorite post workout snacks. This smoothie is easy to make, tastes great, and is full of antioxidants.

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup skim milk
  • Blend blueberries, mango chunks, Greek yogurt, and milk in a food processor or blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
