Pineapple Peach Punch

This punch works wonderfully with or without vodka. To make a non-alcoholic version, omit vodka and add an additional liter of club soda. Either way, cheers!

  • Serves 12 to 16
Pineapple Peach Punch
  • 30 ounces cream of coconut
  • 11 ounces peach nectar
  • 11 ounces apricot nectar
  • In a large bowl, whisk together cream of coconut, peach nectar, and apricot nectar until cream of coconut has been fully combined with nectars.
  • 46 ounces pineapple juice
  • Add pineapple juice and gently whisk to combine.
  • Using a ladle, divide mixed juices between two large zip-lock bags. Seal bags tightly and place in the freezer. Chill until juice becomes slushy, about 3 to 4 hours.
  • Remove from freezer and pour into a large punch bowl.
  • Cocktail Version
  • 1 liter club soda, chilled
  • 1 liter vodka, chilled
  • Add chilled club soda and vodka. Whisk together and serve.
  • Kid-Friendly Version
  • 2 liters club soda, chilled
  • Add chilled club soda. Whisk together and server.
