Pineapple Peach Punch
This punch works wonderfully with or without vodka. To make a non-alcoholic version, omit vodka and add an additional liter of club soda. Either way, cheers!

- 30 ounces cream of coconut
- 11 ounces peach nectar
- 11 ounces apricot nectar
- In a large bowl, whisk together cream of coconut, peach nectar, and apricot nectar until cream of coconut has been fully combined with nectars.
- 46 ounces pineapple juice
- Add pineapple juice and gently whisk to combine.
- Using a ladle, divide mixed juices between two large zip-lock bags. Seal bags tightly and place in the freezer. Chill until juice becomes slushy, about 3 to 4 hours.
- Remove from freezer and pour into a large punch bowl.
- 1 liter club soda, chilled
- 1 liter vodka, chilled
